Membership Dues

ARTICLE III

MEMBERSHIP CLASSES, VOTING CLASSES AND DUES

Section 3.1 –MEMBERS
Membership in the corporation shall be open to all persons who attended the College of West Africa. Membership begins when such person completes an enrollment form. As time and resources allow, members shall propose and participate in activities in support of the purpose of the corporation and in concert with established annual goals. Section 3.2 –VOTING RIGHTS

Members in good financial standing shall be eligible to vote at membership meetings and hold office in the corporation. Good financial standing is defined as paying annual dues for the current year or holding life membership as described in Section 3.6 of these Bylaws.

 

As voted upon by the membership, annual dues will be assessed on a calendar year basis,
January 1 – December 31.

The annual dues amount for 2025 is $25 USD as voted upon by the membership.
